Hopefully, we’ll get more information about the future Star Wars slate on Disney Plus Day, which is on November 12. Lucasfilm’s slate of other Star Wars projects for the streaming service includes the likes of Andor, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ahsoka, The Acolyte, Lando, A Droid Story, and Rangers of the New Republic, along with The Mandalorian (which is currently filming a third season) and The Bad Batch (a second season of which is well underway), both of which are slated to arrive next year. With Star Wars: Age of Rebellion - Boba Fett, fans are given everything they'd expect to see in one of the character's treacherous adventures, but, while it's entertaining, it does little to. The series stars Temuera Morrison as Boba Fett and Ming-Na Wen as Fennic Shand. Theres Luke, Leia, Han and Vader, but we also get Jabba, Lando/Lobot and even IG-88 stories. Fellow Mandalorian alumni Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, and Bryce Dallas Howard are also confirmed to direct episodes, with Favreau, Filoni, and Kathleen Kennedy once again executive producing the series. Oddly enough, despite the Rebellion Era being the OT and the era by which all Star Wars content is judged, the writers here gravitate to lesser-known characters than the 'Age of Republic' volume did.
